RMA Repair Fees

KWA's repair service begins with a flat-rate $35.00 labor fee, with a separate cost for needed parts. This labor fee covers 1 rifle, pistol, or SMG, plus 2  magazines belonging to that weapon. Additional or individual gas magazines begin with a $10.00 labor charge and a separate cost for parts. The cost for shipping the repaired item back to you will vary by total size and weight of the package, and is included in the estimate that is sent to you after the inspection is completed.

Out-of-warranty RMAs that have been inspected by KWA's Tech Team will incur a $25 dollar inspection fee, but this fee is only activated in cases when an estimate is refused, canceling any labor fee present. Shipping fees still apply.
