Depending on the model that you have, you may be able to send in your KWA item to be assessed and repaired by our Technician Team. You can request an RMA for weapons or mags that are outside of our 90 day warranty by submitting a Help Desk ticket. RMAs cannot be requested over telephone.
There are some models that can't come in for service. The M-Series, including the M17, M18c, M19, etc, can't come in because they are often too worn for our team to warranty a repair on. The good news is that there are still compatible wear & tear parts available as ATP Series parts! Email our Customer Service division in the KWA Help Desk to request any parts that you need for that series.
Other models that can't come in for service are the original KWA Vector gas blowback SMG, the double-stack 1911DS, and any H&K product, including the HK45, USP Series, G36C, or MK23 US SOCOM. Since Umarex USA is the current distributor of KWA's H&K products, all parts and requests for repairs should be sent directly to them using the information below:
