Warranty Periods

KWA rifles, pistols, and submachine guns, as well as our magazines, come with a 90 day warranty, beginning on the date of purchase. The product must be purchased from a KWA Authorized Reseller or from KWA Performance Industries, Inc. directly.

Due to their nature, repair parts that are purchased have no warranty with KWA Performance Industries, Inc. KWA strongly recommends using a professional airsoft technician to repair, upgrade, or modify your airsoft weapon.

*When an RMA is repaired under warranty, the 90 day warranty is renewed, beginning on the date that the repaired item is delivered to the customer or Authorized Reseller. This is not applicable in the case of Courtesy Warranty repairs, where no warranty is present. If an item is repaired outside of the warranty period as a paid repair, then the repair has a 45 day warranty rather than a 90 day warranty.

Repair parts that are purchased have no warranty, as proper installation cannot be verified. KWA recommends using our RMA repair services in any case possible so that our trained Technician Team can complete the installation of repair parts and offer a warranty on that repair.
